As CEO of SysPharma, Brian Kerini is responsible for running all facets of business. He has transformed the organization into an enterprise focused company while growing sales. Previously, Brian worked as the QHSE auditor for MMC Africa. It is during this time that he realized the gap that stands in Kenya and Africa at large in terms of managing data. It with this knowledge he developed a vision for streamlining business processes through injection of IT solutions that promote effectiveness and efficiency within the African scope. He designs these tools with specific focus and alignment for the African market.
Brian is profoundly driven and perfectionist by nature. He is committed to his clients and employees alike. He devotes his time to analyzing business models, automating processes and systematizing operating structures. He also maintains and regularly enhances a database that helps assess consultant/client compatibility.
When He is not busy you can often find him reading a book and learning new concepts.

Dr Judith Getugi-Kerini is a pharmacist by profession who works with
Syspharma as their head of operations. She is also currently working as
project administrator for East Africa Pharmacovigilance Initiative. She is
also an author for an online magazine called Diabeaters, which is produced quarterly and shares information for diabetics and their caregivers.
Judith is a highly driven, highly motivated, multilingual pharmacist with 13 years’ experience.
She believes that access is the key to healthcare. In this regard she works to ensure all cadres of health as well as the patients have access to what they need. Be it information, medicines, healthcare personnel. She is also very passionate about women and girls. In this regard she has a goal to mentor 10 women in healthcare within 25 years of her career. She is also involved in education for young girls in Africa towards STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Her areas of expertise include hospital and satellite pharmacy management, oncology clinic set-up, pharmacy set-up, regulatory affairs, planning, project management, staff onboarding, training, quality management system, manufacturing and distribution practices,
She is skilled in team coordination, medical camps, project administrator, strategic management, sales and marketing, budgeting for healthcare,workload analysis metrics among other skills.
